Στο μάθημα Κινεζικά I και III η κα Wenjia Zhang εισήγαγε την παράδοση του τσαγιού. Οι φοιτητές απόλαυσαν παραδοσιακό Κινεζικό τσάι και έμαθαν το τυπικό του τσαγιού.
Η παράδοση του τσαγιού λέγεται ChaDao ή αλλιώς «η τέχνη του τσαγιού». Αυτή τη παράδοση έχει μεγάλη πολιτισμική σημασία στην Κίνα για πάνω από 1000 χρόνια.

Mrs Wenjia Zhang introduced the tea culture and tradition in the Chinese class. Students enjoyed the full leaves of traditional Chinese tea and learned the tea ceremony.
Tea culture is called ChaDao or the art of drinking tea in China. It has held great cultural significance in China for over a thousand years.
