The Language Centre is pleased to introduce Mr Barry Doherty, an expert volunteer tutor who has kindly offered to help TUC students one-on-one with English language learning at both the general and academic levels. 
Mr. Doherty holds a Degree in English from the University of Stirling, a Teaching Diploma from the University of Reading and a Master’s in Education from the University of Hertfordshire. He has vast experience as a teacher in schools and colleges in the UK and as an Education Manager in the areas of English Language, English Literature and Special Educational Needs. He has also taught English as a Foreign Language in England, Athens and Chania.
