Technical University of Crete - Certified Examination Center for the onSET-Deutsch examination

Since 2014, the Technical University of Crete is a certified examination center for the examination - certification of German Language knowledge onSET (formerly onDaF) of the TestDaF-Institut of Germany.
This examination is mainly aimed at students who wish to obtain a German Language Summer Scholarship from the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD).
Students who already have knowledge of German and would like to be assessed for it by the TestDaF-Institut of Germany, please contact the tutor of the German language Mrs. Anna Vrouvaki at 28210 37364 or electronically at avrouvaki<at>isc.tuc.gr.

IELTS

TOEFL

TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) is a standardized test to measure the English language ability of non-native speakers wishing to enroll in English-speaking universities. The test is accepted by more than 11,000 universities and other institutions in over 190 countries and territories. 
 

Scholarships

Scholarships for summer German language courses

Are you a student at the Technical University of Crete and do you want to improve the knowledge you already have in German and in fact in Germany?
The German Academic Exchange Service DAAD gives you this opportunity with the 3-4 week summer language course scholarships (from June to October).
Go to Germany, get to know the country and the culture, take language courses (or even scientific terminology) at a German University, which you will choose and improve your knowledge through live communication.
Conditions:
• Be an active undergraduate or graduate student.
• Knowledge of the German language at level B1 to C1
Talk to the German language teacher Anna Vrouvaki for more information and help but if you want with other students of the Technical University of Crete, who have already attended German classes with a corresponding scholarship.
The application deadline is usually the end of November and 1 December of each year.
