On October 17th, the Language Centre was pleased to welcome Professor Dionysia Kolokotsa from the School of Environmental Engineering as our first speaker in this year's English Talks Series. Presenting her work on energy efficiency in buildings through the utilization of smart grids, Professor Kolokotsa enlightened the audience on the growing need for sustainable building and development.
